The new Absolute Hybrid Series inherits the hybrid shell technology found on our flagship PHX Series. On Absolute Hybrid shells, the design consists of a core ply of wenge a very hard and heavy wood native to Africa, sandwiched between plies of maple, well known for its clear tone. This hybrid design delivers a drum tone that plays rich and clear across the full dynamic range, from pianissimo to fortissimo.

Leo ha cominciato proprio il 19 novembre da Rimini la parte invernale del Tour di questa stagione “Lorenzo nei palazzetti dello sport” utilizzando un set di congas e bongo Master Hand Crafted Pinstripe e timbales Tycoon Antique Copper.

This year the company introduced unfinished versions of two of its most popular “rock” models, the 1A and 3A, and added custom designs for Primus’s Tim Alexander and 311’s Chad Sexton. Also new are two sizes of clear muting gels, the Buzz Kill and Buzz Kill Dry, and a couple of inventive StickMates, which allow you to add shaker or tambourine textures to your grooves via a slim, lightweight plastic grip attachment. It’s all very cool stuff, so let’s take a look.

On November 7, 2015, the drumhead from the Beatles’ Ed Sullivan debut was sold at Julien’s auction in Beverly Hills, CA, for $2.125 million. It was purchased by Indianapolis Colts owner, Jim Irsay, to be added to his collection of rare guitars and collectibles in Indianapolis, Indiana. This Remo Drumhead with the Beatles’ logo has now become the most expensive drumhead in the world! It is worth so much that Remo Belli said, “We couldn’t even afford to buy our drumhead back!”
