Made in Europe with an all Birch resonating body featuring Birch or Ovangkol frontplate versions, these cajons are ultra-responsive with two internal snare wires and adjustable top corners that enable you to experiment with a wide array of sound options. All MEINL Woodcraft Series Cajons have a beautiful matte finish and a hot-branded logo.

These MEINL Artisan Edition Cajons are hand made in Peru, where the cajon originated. These beautiful instruments offer truly authentic cajon sounds to satisfy the most demanding players. Dovetail joinery construction is used for a detailed traditional look. Each model is carefully crafted using different combinations of hand selected woods for unsurpassed sound quality and finished for an elegant appearance. Earthy lows and cutting slaps are easily achievable with each model. The MEINL Flamenco Style Cajons feature integrated strings to achieve a sizzle effect.

Place the MEINL Backbeat Tambourine directly on your drum head to really turn up the groove! The stainless steel jingles respond fully when the drum is struck, and the frame is designed to rest naturally against the inside of any standard drum hoop. Great for snare drums, timbales, and tom toms.
